Hi,<br><br> We have a cpanel server with CSF firewall (<a href="http://www.configserver.com">http://www.configserver.com</a>) and MRTG installed here that monitors around 10 other servers. This CSF was newly installed on the server. But after the CSF installation MRTG can't recieve responses to other 4 servers. I already added the IP addresses of those servers but MRTG can get responses on them. When i disabled the firewall (CSF) MRTG can receive response but it its enabled it can't. I posted my problem on CSF forum (
<a href="http://forum.configserver.com/showthread.php?t=410">http://forum.configserver.com/showthread.php?t=410</a>) and their advice is to add the port used by MRTG to allowed port. I don't exaclty know the port to add on the allowed port for MRTG to continue receiving data. I research and i tried UDP 161/162 and TCP 199 but i still cant get data on other servers.
