manager and gave it just the community string and it did connect and parse the
device. So now perhaps just the target ie what mrtg is to look for is the

switch is configured for SNMPv3 (if it uses a username/password for SNMP
access). You’ll need to pass all the SNMPv3 parameters to cfgmaker and put
them into the MRTG .cfg file, rather than the normal ‘community only’ method for
V1 or v2c<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
