[rrd-announce] rrdtool 1.2.10 is out

You can get the latest release from

Features:

  'graph'  works with alt-y-grid even when --base and
           --units-exponent are in use

  'graph'  utf8 is now supported for eps/pdf/svg formats as well

  'graph'  --font can now modify font and size independently

  'graph'  improved output for eps/pdf/svg

  'graph'  VNAMES can now start with a number

  'graph'  fall back to latin1 encoding if multi byte to wide-char
           conversion fails

Bugfixes:

  'update' should now handle cases where COUNTER data-source
           get blocked by mrhb expiry properly.

  'tcl' bindings should now work properly

  many smaller fixes which you can read about in the CHANGES file
