Dear Users,
Almost halve a year since the last release of RRDtool. Lots of
things have happened. I have quit my Job at the ETH Zurich and am
now working for my own company http://it.oetiker.ch and I found
several companies willing to sponsor RRDtool development.
Together with the money, generated by the website, this will
cover several months worth of working on open source tools in 2007.

The 2007 gold sponsors are:

 * GroundWork Open Source - www.groundworkopensource.com
 * Zenoss Open Source Enterprise Monitoring - www.zenoss.com

The 2007 silver sponsors are:

 * OP5 - www.op5.com
 * Host Europe - www.hosteurope.com
 * Contego LLC - www.contego.net

And now back to the scheduled program. RRDtool 1.2.16 is out. This
is mostly a bug fix release with only a few new features.

  robustness. - Guenter Knauff

  an error message longer than about 1.5 lines or so -- Tobi

cheers
