Detailed changes

* fix double free segfault in rrdtool pipe mode when inputting non
  closed quote

* make sure rrd_dump/rrd_restore do not get confused by locale
  settings suggesting the , as a decimal separator. RRDtool uses
  "." always.

* fix double free bug in rrd_restore when running without mmap

* relax cairo/pango version requirements

* fixed handling of -G and -D options in rrd_graph (only long
  variants were working properly).

* add proper rounding to PERCENT VDEF in rrdgraph

* fix free ordering for when generating error messages in
  rrd_restore

* include math.h when compiling IEEE tests for better portability

* include PACKAGE_VERSION as version number for python module to
  fix #236

* Show the index of each data source in the rrd_info output. Patch
  for #231 provided by Glenn Herteg, GroundWork Open Source, Inc.

* in rrd_restore, make sure we use long long and long with time_t
  appropriately

* Make rrdtool compile on GNU/kFreeBSD. Fix for Debian bug 494874.
  Patch by Petr Salinger.

* make negative update times work as described in the documentation
  (-5 is
  NOW-5seconds) this takes care of debian bug 332766

* for madvise hints. they may not be ORed since they are enumerated
  ... #224

* switch from intltoolize to autopoint ... for a more happy gettext
  experience

* only include utime.h when necessary in rrd_open for better
  portability

* resolve several gcc warnings for unsafe coding. patch by Steven
  Hartland

* fix error messages in rrd_update by handling errno properly.
  Sometimes the wrong system message war reported for the right
  error ...
