[rrd-developers] ANNOUNCE: rrdtool 1.0.27 (xff release)

Folks,

and there it already is ... the release which adds xff to dump,
restore and info. (rrdtool-1.0.27)

NOTE the dump format has changed and so has the restore format ...
there must be an <xff> line in the xml file now.
