[rrd-developers] imginfo/quiet

Ok here's one more problem I noticed, the output of the XxY dimensions
defeats the purpose of --imginfo for use in a cgi (if you're not using
rrdcgi), and there doesn't seem to be a way to shut it up.

Here are two methods to do it, the first adds -q/--quiet which surpresses
the output, the second does it automatically if there is a --imginfo
argument.Had to move the output code out of rrd_tool.c and into
rrd_graph.c but that's probably where it belongs anyways.
