No, not really.  Distribution is still done by Tobi and development
is still done by *all*.

I opted for some changes a while ago.  There was little feedback but
the feedback that we got sort of approved the changes.  In essence,
the current changes are made by me and it is therefore logical that
I should be responsible for bugfixes to.

The reason for the announcement by me (as opposed to by Tobi) is
because Tobi is busy right now.  This is also the reason that he
wasn't able to really check my contribution.
