[rrd-developers] RRDs lib file

hello,

is it possible to use the RRDs.lib file into a c++ project?
i've tried to use this lib file together with the dll file but i have no idear on how to use the functions.

i've tried to include the rrd_tool.h file in to the specific class and create a object in there to use the functions in
the library, up to know with out any luck of getting it to work.

there wasn't any information in the archive of this mailing list so here are my questions.
is is possible to use these files in c++?
and to call a function like rrd_create(..) after adding the lib/dll files to the project ?
