[rrd-developers] Patch for install target

Hi!

I have attached a patch for where some files goes when doing a make
install. I found it weird to not be able to use the normal ./configure
flags to decide where files get installed, and especially annoying is
the way the files get installed directly under $(prefix)/doc and not for
example in a rrdtool sub directory.

The patch installs doc, contrib, man  and examples in the following way:

$(datadir)/rrdtool/contrib
$(datadir)/rrdtool/contrib/trytime
$(datadir)/rrdtool/doc
$(datadir)/rrdtool/html
$(datadir)/rrdtool/examples
$(mandir)/man1

Where $(datadir) is $(prefix)/share by default and $(mandir) is
$(prefix)/man
