[rrd-developers] Is TICK broken with the development release?

Hi friends,

I'm delving deep into the intricacies of abberant behavior detection
(using the latest CVS snapshot) and have encountered a small bug.  The
TICK primitive seems to draw regardless of whether the datasource is 0
or >0.  So when I try and flag failures I end up with the entire canvas
being painted as one big TICK.

Any ideas?
