I'm not sure I understand your problem completely..
 Do you have a daily archive (rra)?
rrd-graph may be choosing to graph a daily summary rra. For daily rra's there won't be any information available until the day ends, then it's consolidated, and updated.  So until a day ends (midnight) the last portion of your graph will be for the day before.
Just a guess..

Or there may be a timezone problem. Data being inserted from a process with one TZ setting, and graphed from a process with another TZ setting.
Again - just guessing.

In my rrd-database are the values correct stored by the date i want it, but in the weekly graph
the values are displayed by a day later.

What could that be?
