[rrd-developers] patch: MakeMakefile

I don't know if this is the appropriate place to post patches for
review.  If it isn't, please correct me.

I checked-out the latest CVS image, and found that the "MakeMakefile"
script doesn't work properly for me.  I don't have the latest versions
of autoconf/automake/libtool, but its check for those versions failed to
catch this.  I've attached a diff of the changes I made to make it work.
