The rrdcgi script that causes the problem is at

it produces the images

I know the paths of the image don't correspond to the path in the 
script, but be assured, I just copied the things together to that 
directory.

Changing the color for "Swap" to #010101 solves the problem, as you can 
see e.g. in 
http://noname.franken.de/~bem30449/rrd-problem/mem-correct.gif - it's 
drawn from exactly the same rrd (just a few minutes later), with 
 LINE2:swap#000000:"Swap Used">
replaced by
 LINE2:swap#010101:"Swap Used">
