[rrd-developers] Building RRDTOOL on cygwin

Hello All
I am trying to build RRDTOOL on cygwin, actually I am trying to build 
ORCA, but to that I need to build RRDTOOL.

configure runs fine.

make gives a lot of errors please see attached files.

Any info/ideas will be appreciate
