[rrd-developers] imagemap generation

Hi, 
I've got a very real requirement for image-map generation from rrdtool into the graphs.
I saw a patch from a couple of years ago which does just this, but it never seemed to
get integrated into the main code stream.

the rrdexplorer tool is quite nice, but I'm looking for the ability to get the datapoint x/y values
from tooltips when hovering over the various areas in the graph.

Does anybody know if there's any plans to do this kind of a thing? Or if something already exists?
