what I am saying is that units exponent actually requires more
things to be changed than it does ... the whole rrdtool code was
written without unit-exponents in mind. The implementation of this
feature is obviously lacking ... the problem is that I would never
use this my self so I will not encounter its bugs ... or rather I
would have implemented this feature from the start ....
