[rrd-developers] latest snapshot build on Solaris 8

Anyone get this to compile? 

It keeps blowing up on me with (gcc 3.3.2/ perl 5.8.3)when it goes to
compile the perl modules in perl-shared.

make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target
`../../src/.libs/librrd_private.a'

I thought I saw something in the archives with a similar error but it
was on FreeBSD.
