sorry for not responding, I have been on tour for some days.
I send you the sources needed for buidling the tool yourself. 'main.c' is my
part of it, the other files stem from the rrdtool-1.0.46-package. the tool
fits perfectly our needs but the error-handling is probably insufficient for
a public-release version. unfortunatly i dont have the time to integrate it
into rrdtool or to make it bullet-proof. the code is nevertheless simple, so
it shouldn't be to hard to understand. if you have any further questions
feel free to send me an email.
