[rrd-developers] Time specification bug

Hi,

this is to record an issue, I haven't yet looked into the sources.

Time specification does not work in rrdgraph, only date specification does:

--end "12/31/99 11:59pm" 
--end "Oct 12 23:40"
and so on give error: 
 end time: unparsable trailing text: '...:40'

"11:59pm 12/31/99" and other examples with time at the first place, work 
fine as expected.
