[rrd-developers] rrdgraph question

This is almost certainly OT here, so apologies in advance.  I put it up on the users list,
but didn't really get anywhere. 

I monitor a couple of temperature sensors, and would like to produce a graph that e.g.
over 30 days indicates:

1) the average temperature per day and 
2) the amount of time per day the temperature exceeded X degrees.  (in hours for
instance).

For 2), I could probably do the computation in my measuring daemon and just record another
datasource, but as the data is already collected, shouldn't it be possible to dig it out
with rrdgraph?
