[rrd-developers] rrdtool 1.2.1 doc and html paths

Hi,

The new RRDtool installs documentation files into PREFIX/doc and PREFIX/html,
which is not correct for many reasons, and you'd hear about that many times 
when talking to porters to various systems.

I'd propose "txt" and "html" subdirs inside PREFIX/share/doc/rrdtool-1.2.1/
Actually it should be configurable... perhaps I'll submit a patch when I have 
time.
