[rrd-developers] rrdtool 1.2.6, compiled on windows

I have a config.h, unified patch file, and binary (compiled with
Pelles C) if anyone is interested.  The rrdtool.exe has all required
libraries linked in statically for "xcopy" deployment.

I was not sure if this list accepts attachments ...
