I have compiled rrdtool 1.2.x on Windows (with Pelles C, but MSVC should be 
even easier), but I need to update to the latest code.  I will then try to 
document what needs to be done.

Note to anyone using #ifdef to test for Win32:  please test for _WIN32, not 
WIN32.

I try NT-BUILD-TIPS.txt without successes...
Is someone tell me the manner to compile ?
I'have VS 7, but I can use another compiler...
