[rrd-developers] pango/cairo with rrdtool-1.3 on Redhat

On Fedora 7 it works good.

rpm -qa|grep cairo
cairo-devel-1.4.4-1.fc7
cairo-1.4.4-1.fc7

rpm -qa|grep pango
pango-1.16.4-1.fc7
pango-devel-1.16.4-1.fc7

all things build good, haven't tested the perl bindings yet
