I've managed to make RRDTool native to PHP as well as generating a  
framework.

it's compatible with 1.0.x and 1.2.x.

I did give Tobias a previous version that is compatible with 1.0.x  
and 1.2.x that would probably meet your specific needs as I haven't  
finished tweaking my latest development.
