[rrd-developers] [patch] make the php4 plugin compile on trunk

Hi,

I had to apply the attached patch to be able to compile the php4
plugin on a redhat box with "php-4.3.9-3.22.5"..

It also fixes a typo in php4/examples/rrd_fetch.php as noticed here by
