I'm hoping I can find someone here who's good at using rrdtool to
help me with a simple test script.

I need a shell script to generate a data file (non random data) and
then use the data file to generate a graph for a visual
representation of the data.

perl, python, java, tcl is not available so the script must use the
rrdtool binary only.

The generated data file should be basic since it will be run against
the older 1.0.49 branch of rrdtool so anything more will only make
comparison and deciphering more complicated.

The scripts only purpose is so I can compare the stored data between
32bit and 64bit generated data files (which should containing the
same data) and generate a graph (which should be identical) to ensure
that the data is being interpreted the same so when I make changes I
can see where I go wrong.
