this scenario doesn't apply to the use case I have in mind, where one
machine (or a couple of machines) does nothing but write RRD files all
day long - clearly not a multi-user environment.
The way `rrdcached' reacts to a SIGTERM is not *that* relevant to me,
since I expect an init script to do whatever necessary to flush or just
quit, depending on my configuration. So as long as both shutdown modi
are available I'm good. The rest is just personal preference.. ;)
