[rrd-developers] ./doc: make all-am fails because of missing target

Hi,

when doing a make on latest SVN trunk (rev 1886 tested) I get the
following output (did a rerun after most stuff was already built to
shorten output, but happens on a fresh checkout just the same):

The specific error (english tranlation):
make[2]: *** No rule to make target »rrdfirst.pod«, required by
»all-am«.  Cancelling.
