[rrd-developers] Building rrdtool v1.3.8 on win32

Hi Tobi,

I am using Microsoft's Visual C++ 2008 Express edition. I doesn't seem to
support strtoll.

1>..\src\rrd_restore.c(136) : error C3861: 'strtoll': identifier not found

I'm looking to see if I can find a workaround.
