Folks,

Have you ever had the problem of wanting to install the latest
version of rrdtool with all  its dependent libraries on a bare
system ? There were no up-to-date rpms/deps or you were not allowed
to install extra packages ? Quite a task ...

To solve this problem I created "Simple Dependency Build Scripts" (sdbs)

  https://github.com/oetiker/sdbs

For one this is a little bash library making things 'easier' and a
bunch of scripts for building dependencies for particular projects.
