I was confused by the release version 1.4.3 and copyright years up to
2010. Looks like rrdtool-1.4-release is the script used to create e.g.
the 1.4.8 release.

Well the rrdtool-1.4-release script use svn, and anonymous svn is
mentioned in http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/download.en.html
