Hmmm, i submitted this on November 3rd but i see no evidence of it in
the mail archive, nor does it seem to have made it in the latest release.
Let's try again.
The attached diff (based on 1.0.45) makes RRDtool's proc_start_end()
function available to Perl users through RRDs which is something
i've often wanted while working on drraw (http://web.taranis.org/drraw/).
