Got those two, plus autoconf-2.13-5.noarch.rpm and installed, and the
"missing" messages changed to "found".
But yeah, you're right... looking at the descriptions of the three packages,
they don't seem to be anything essential.

I'll bet installing the automake-1.4-4 and texinfo-3.12f-4 rpms
will appease your paranoia:
% rpm -q -f `which automake`
automake-1.4-4
% rpm -q -f `which makeinfo`
texinfo-3.12f-4
(but I don't think they'll do much else for ya.)
