[rrd-users] probably not a bug...

Hi,

I ran into a wierd problem today. rrdgraph was choking on the name of one
of my DEFs. We have a machine called 'nantucket' which I was trying to
graph. I was able to graph it ok but as soon as I tried to do any CDEF
math with that DEF, rrdgraph would choke. I think I've traced it to the
name of the variable. I'm guessing that rrdgraph is detecting the
(apparently) reserved word 'NaN' in the name of the DEF and not liking
it. Would it be possible to make rrdgraph less sensative so that it will
only choke on 'NaN' and not on 'nantucket'?

take care,

Chris Snell
