For the RRDtool side this is an easy answer:  RRDtool does not request
anything and therefore you cannot request multiple OIDs.

I do not know much about the front ends; however you can always write
your own front end.  If you write it yourself, you can answer the question
yourself :)

The phrase "front end" can be interpreted very loosly.  A simple script
built from snmpget and awk can be considered a front end.
