[rrd-users] What SNMP session has to do with rrdtool

Hi,
My name is Hashir Kidwai, I have just started my work on rrdtool and I am new
to Perl as well, I have some question.
What Snmp_session has to do with rrdtool, if I wanna use cricket as a front
end for monitoring Cisco catalyst and Routers.

Is it must..
