[rrd-users] GMT time on Static Graphs

I would like to generate the graphs in GMT time and I am creating graphs only
once a day. I have
seen a special tag mentioned in the documentation for CGI which sets the
environment to GMT (UTC).
 Is there a similar tag for the static ones?
