[rrd-users] Easy question? How to monitor a dsl-line

Hi!

Im quite fresh to rrdtool. I have been looking for a way to monitor my
dsl-connection (uptime, ping rates speed etc.), but I can't find any tips
in how to do this kind of monitoring.

I have'nt figured out (yet) in how to update for example ping-values with
rrdtool.

I would be grateful if someone can point me to a site with more examples
(or even a ready script :).
