Are you looking to do this after the fact or in real time?

If you want to do it in real time, you can have RRD interpolate the data 
between the two surrounding datapoints by setting your heartbeat really 
high.

Keep in mind, however, that you won't be able to tell the difference 
between good data and bad data when you do this.
