[root at host]# snmpget host2 community .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0
enterprises.9.2.1.58.0 = 0

So, you must use snmpget to get single values. Please note the '.' before the
oid.

I have the MIB, but I just don't know how to use it under snmpwalk.
BTW, I can't find the string you menioned without using mibs.
Can you provide more details?
