Have you tried the Refresh button on the browser? Seriously, since 14all only creates images on demand, what would you need to do this for? If you have an expires=>now tag, it should do an automatic refresh of the page when you come back to it...right? At the very least, you can hack 14all to just write a refresh tag for 30, 60, 300s, or whatever...

have tried global option refresh: 1 but them the cgi fails :(
