You can add mathematical formulas to the target command in the MRTG config.

Target[green]: OID1&OID2:public * 300
or
Target[blue]: OID1&OID2:public at 10.10.10.1 /
              OID3&OID4:public at 10.10.10.2

I use MRTG and RRD tool together. MRTG poll a SNMP device that returns WORDS

value and not BYTES value....Is there a way to transform value from WORD to 
BYTES ???

More generally... Is there a way to execute mathematical expression before 
sending it to RRD ?
