Create a small(!) script that will create a small database, performs
a few updates and shows the unknowns.  Make sure the problem is
reproduced and send the script to the list.  This way we can give it
a try.  According to the output displayed in your mail, a row or 6
will do.  Don't overdo it, just those lines is enough.
Use timestamps everywhere so that everybody uses the same time.
