I too have this problem.  According to Tobi a newer pod2man should
fix the problem (and indeed according to the manual page the files
are correct!).

For now I've solved the problem by moving the "=for html" lines down to
below the title, and by removing "NOMBRE" and "DESCRIPCION" from the
spanish translation.
