Anybody know why an RRD update like so:

978472299:599733086:630918:2684:6988594:515414:4263:16296271927:21705575

will produce the following dump (the dump numbers are considerably larger
than the input numbers, though they do scale similarly):

* pdp_prep

   (ds='OTHERS')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 3.929940e+12
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='UARZ')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 2.076529e+10
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='UCOL')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 1.031842e+08
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='ECS2')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 5.500413e+11
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='JPL1')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 2.195259e+10
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='UMD1')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 4.081288e+08
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='UMIA')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 7.660686e+14
         unkn_sec: 0 seconds

   (ds='NCAR')
         last_ds: 'UNKN'
         value: 1.439585e+11
