Jean-Michel,
there are several answers to this question:
a) The one that gets you the data you need.
b) The one you understand the best
c) The one you built yourself
d) The one that integrates with your platform the best
In my efforts, I have gone for (c) building it myself. It gave me an
opportunity to fully appreciate the tool and understand it more clearly
(although I still miss some of the nuances).
A colleague of mine went for (a) and implemented Cricket. He likes it the
best because it gets him what he needs.
