[rrd-users] Removing Label on Right Side

Just wondering where it is possible to remove 
RRDTOOL / Tobi on the top right hand corner for the graphs that are generated...
If this is part of the GNU license then thats cool I will respect that...if there is a way to modify that can someone please fill me in?
