Correct, I only generate text/html output, no graphs.  You could certainly
compute the 95th percentile and then use GPRINT to add it to a graph.  
You could probably even use HRULE to visually show where the 95th
percentile falls.  This would certainly add to processing time, since you
are now doing your own rrdfetch, in addition to the fetch that 'rrdgraph'
does internally.

My script first generates a form for selecting the CustomerID and stop/end
times over which to generate the 95th percentile.  You can find the script
